Clark Hill recently added Jason McCuiston as a member to its tax and estate planning group in the Collin County office.
The Detroit-based firm said McCuiston advises clients on asset protection and estate planning strategies designed to preserve wealth and minimize transfer taxes.
“Clark Hill has a robust tax and estate planning group, and I’m excited to work with people all over the country who do what I do,” McCuiston said. “With offices and colleagues nationwide, I’ll be able to better capitalize on my relationships all over the country to grow my practice and enhance the firm’s reach as well.”
After clerking for a year in Malibu, Calif., following law school, the native Michigander practiced in Amarillo for a couple years before moving to Jordan, Houser & Flournoy in Dallas in 2006. McCuiston has been practicing in Frisco since late 2014, most recently as a partner at Plunk Smith PLLC before joining Clark Hill this summer.
