Munsch Hardt Promotes Eight Attorneys to Shareholder

Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr has promoted eight attorneys to shareholders across various practice groups in its Dallas and Houston offices, the firm announced in a news release on Tuesday. The new shareholders bring a wide range of expertise in areas such as real estate, litigation, corporate law and bankruptcy:

Theo Bruton specializes in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development and dispositions. He previously served as in-house counsel for a leading real estate developer, Vaquero Ventures, and utility equipment manufacturer, Sabre Industries.

Anne-Alise “Ali” Hinckley focuses on litigation and labor and employment matters involving breach of contract, fraud, trade secrets and discrimination claims.

Peter Hogue is an experienced trial attorney who advises clients on complex commercial litigation in Texas and federal courts.

Nicole Manley specializes in corporate law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions for industries such as technology and energy. She also advises on entity formation and governance.

Ryan Mitchell represents developers and startups in real estate transactions involving multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality projects.

Alexander Perez focuses on bankruptcy law, representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases across industries like finance and healthcare.

Macy Jones-Smith represents lenders in structuring mortgage loans and distressed asset workouts. She also advises developers on acquisitions, dispositions and financing.

Frances Tubb represents clients in real estate leasing for office, industrial, retail, hospitality and data center assets.
