Dallas Labor and Employment Lawyer Jennifer Trulock Joins Bradley

February 19, 2024 Krista Torralva

After more than 22 years at Baker Botts, employment lawyer Jennifer M. Trulock has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in the firm’s Dallas labor and employment practice group.

Trulock previously chaired Baker Botts’ labor and employment practice. She’s advised clients on labor and employment issues in connection with notable deals including Spain’s Repsol in its $768 million acquisition of Houston-based renewable energy platform ConnectGen from Quantum Capital Group. She was also part of the legal team that represented Sunnova Energy on a $3 billion loan guarantee agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office, as well as a $244 million securitization.

“Jennifer is an exceptional attorney who is highly regarded in her field,” said Gene R. Besen, managing partner of Bradley’s Dallas office. “She is known for providing skillful counsel and top-tier client service.”

Bradley is growing its Dallas footprint and its labor and employment offerings, Besen said. Last week, the firm announced the addition of Kindall C. James to its labor and employment practice group in Houston.

Trulock, who received her law degree from Georgetown, specializes in workplace legal counsel, employee misconduct investigations and employment litigation prevention, according to her LinkedIn.
