O’Melveny plans to triple its space and take down 75,000 square feet within the 27-floor tower, which will be the tallest office building within the Harwood District.
The international law firm expanded into Dallas last year and is looking to continue to grow in the region.
Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis, Jeff Welch and Lynn Williams of CBRE represented O’Melveny in lease negotiations.
O’Melveny is shifting its footprint within Harwood. The Los Angeles-founded firm opted for Saint Ann Court for its first Dallas digs with a 25,000-square-foot lease, a move that came just weeks after O’Melveny announced its foray into Texas with an Austin office.
Harwood No. 14 is expected to be delivered in 2023. With the O’Melveny announcement, the 360,000-square-foot tower is approximately 70% pre-leased after breaking ground just over a year ago.
Haynes and Boone has also signed on for nearly 125,000 square feet at the Class AA building.
