Hamilton Wingo Adds Former Assistant U.S. Attorney as Partner

April 3, 2026 Alexa Shrake

Dallas-based law firm Hamilton Wingo continues its growth with the addition of Phillip Ragler.

“Phillip is a seasoned trial lawyer, and he knows what moves judges and juries,” firm founder Chris Hamilton said in a news release. “His new role at Hamilton Wingo is great news for our firm and all the people we represent.”

Prior to joining the firm, Wrangler spent over five years as an assistant U.S. attorney in Florida, where he handled civil cases involving transportation injuries and premises liability claims.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law in 2013, Ragler began his legal career as a clerk for Dallas County Judge Martin Hoffman.

Ragler is the latest addition to Hamilton Wingo’s expansion. Since the new year, the firm has added Mike Kaeske, Gina Mills and Alex Wolens.
