Last week, The Lawbook published a list of IPOs and equity and debt offerings that Texas lawyers worked on in 2019. That list has been updated. The chart includes the date, dollar value, business sector and name of the companies that did the offerings. In addition, the Corporate Deal Tracker lists the names of the law firms and capital market lawyers involved.
