2023 Texas Lawyer M&A Transaction Deal Counts

September 21, 2023 Allen Pusey & Christi Trammell

Below is a tabulation of M&A and Funding transactions by Texas-based lawyers reported to The Texas Lawbook for 2023. This list is designed to grow as new deals are reported. So if you have questions or deals that are missing, please send them to christi.trammell@texaslawbook.net. Qualifying new deals should be submitted to The Lawbook at CDTRoundup@texaslawbook, or through our deal submission portal found HERE.

Who qualifies: Texas lawyers who lead M&A or joint venture transactions for their firm’s clients. The contributions of Texas attorneys must coincide with any firm postings elsewhere (i.e. a “lead attorney” submitted to The Lawbook must be the same as the lead attorney listed on your website — we check).
