(May 10) – Willkie Farr & Gallagher announced Thursday that energy M&A pro Archie Fallon has joined its Houston office as a partner.
Fallon lateraled over from King & Spalding. His energy practice includes a particular emphasis on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in midstream and infrastructure projects.
“Archie’s strong transactional background in the energy industry will be a tremendous benefit to our energy fund clients,” Bruce C. Herzog, Willkie’s partner-in-charge of the Houston office, said in a statement. “His energy infrastructure sector experience involving midstream assets like pipelines and storage as well as power assets fits our firm’s strategy of serving as long-term advisors to energy funds and their portfolio companies operating throughout the energy supply chain.”
Since opening in November 2014, Willkie’s Houston office has grown to 29 attorneys.
