Daryl Lansdale, Jr. has been selected as the new partner-in-charge of Norton Rose Fulbright’s San Antonio office. Lansdale succeeds George Scofield, who is now serving on the firm’s U.S. Management Committee and Global Executive Committee.
Lansdale will lead an office with nearly 60 lawyers and 50 support staff that focuses on public finance, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, healthcare, energy, real estate, employment and labor, and tax matters. Last year, the office was named the San Antonio Bar Association’s “2012 Pro Bono Firm of the Year.”
The 1992 graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law focuses his corporate and securities practice on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and public company reporting and corporate governance matters.
