Norton Rose Fulbright has named Dallas partner Scarlet McNellie the head of the firm’s corporate, M&A and securities practice in the U.S. She succeeds Glen Hettinger, who was also based in Dallas.
McNellie, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, will lead a team of more than 100 corporate lawyers. She represents clients in the energy, insurance, technology, life sciences and healthcare, media and banking sectors.
