Texas AG’s Office Honored for Best Overall Website

June 24, 2019 Brooks Igo

The Conference of Western Attorneys General (CWAG) selected the Texas Office of Attorney General as the winner of the 2019 WAGGY Award for Best Overall Website at the CWAG annual meeting last week in California.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and his office redesigned texasattorneygeneral.gov last year. A bipartisan group of more than two dozen CWAG member states and territories praised the website’s content and design in choosing Attorney General Paxton’s office for the honor.

“I’m proud of our web team and everyone in my office who works so hard each day to make our website as user-friendly, reliable and helpful to Texans as it can be,” Paxton said in a statement. “We strive for excellence in everything we do, and this CWAG award for best website is a validation of our office’s dedication to serve the state of Texas and its citizens.”
