Houston-based Chamberlain Hrdlicka established a technology and intellectual property transactions practice this week that will focus on business transactions driven by intangible assets, technological assets and intellectual property rights.
The firm has tapped Houston shareholder Collin Rose to lead the group. Rose also chairs the firm’s intellectual property group.
“We are unique in the diversity of our clients and the range of the work undertaken, representing clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to middle-market companies to growth-stage businesses,” Rose said in a statement. “As a result, we see business arrangements from all perspectives and understand the diverse needs of all parties to a particular transaction.”
