(March 9) – Alexander Dubose Jefferson & Townsend announced on Monday that Richard Faulk has lateraled to the appellate boutique’s Houston office as a partner.
Faulk, who will split his time between Texas and Washington, D.C., joins ADJT from Hollingsworth LLP in the nation’s capital.
The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate focuses his practice on complex toxic tort and environmental litigation.
The firm, according to the press release, believes the move will expand the national reach of its appellate practice in class actions, multi-district litigation (MDL), and individual lawsuits.
