Alston & Bird Adds More Depth to Finance Practice in Dallas

(April 1) – Alston & Bird announced this week the addition of corporate finance partner Michael Thimmig to its Dallas office.
Thimmig, who joins from Perkins Coie, is the fifth finance partner and 13th attorney overall to join the Atlanta-based firm’s Dallas office since 2015.
The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate focuses his practice on structured finance, mortgage banking and secured lending transactions.
