Andrews Kurth Elects Six Lawyers to the Partnership

Andrews Kurth has elected six of its Texas lawyers to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2013. They are:

Stephanie C. Beauvais, whose practice focuses on capital markets, corporate, debt financing, energy, governance, initial public offerings, master limited partnerships (MLPs), private equity, and securities. She is in the firm’s Houston office and is a 2004 graduate of the South Texas College of Law.

Peter A. Bogdano, whose practice focuses on banking/financial services, corporate, economic recovery and government opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate/capital markets, securities, and venture capital. He is in the firm’s Dallas office.

Bud Doxey, Jr., whose practice focuses on real estate finance/capital markets and economic recovery and government opportunities. He is in the firm’s Dallas office and is a 1997 graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.

Georgia L. Lucier, whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, probate, wills, and trust litigation, and arbitration/mediation. She is in the firm’s Houston office and is a 2003 graduate of the South Texas College of Law.

Angela T. Richards, whose practice focuses on business tax, transactional tax, and MLPs. She is in the firm’s Houston office and is a 2004 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.

Mark A. Shoffner, whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He is in the firm’s Dallas office and is a 2002 graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
