April 5, 2013 Mark Curriden

Thompson & Knight expanded its finance practice in Houston with the addition of Annette L. Tripp, who was previously a partner at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan.

Tripp, a 1985 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, focuses her practice on bank and financial services regulatory law and mergers and acquisitions, including public and private transactions for banks, thrifts, and other financial institutions.

She has advised clients on conflict-of-interest matters, affiliate and insider transactions, corporate governance, proxy contests, change-in-control procedures, policy review, executive compensation, stock repurchase programs, corporate applications, privacy and data protection, and general regulatory compliance issues.
