(June 1) – Intellectual property litigator Alan Albright is returning to Bracewell & Giuliani’s Austin office as a partner, the firm announced today.
Albright spent the last year at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan. He is a former U.S. Magistrate Judge in Austin.
The move to bring on Albright comes on the heels of Houston litigator Sean Gorman joining the firm last month.
“The acquisitions of first Sean and now Alan are strong indications of the firm’s focus on strengthening key practice areas,” Bracewell Managing Partner Mark Evans said in a statement. “Adding senior trial lawyers in the IP and energy litigation areas is part of the firm’s overall strategy for targeted growth.”
