Houston litigation boutique AZA has named four new partners, the firm announced today.
Scott W. Clark, a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, focuses his litigation practice on patent and trade secret disputes in technologies in the chemical, energy, biotech, medical device, high-tech and telecommunication industries. He is a registered patent attorney.
Ryan Hackney, also a UT Law grad, represents energy companies in a variety of disputes. He is a former clerk of U.S. District Judge Sim Lake of the Southern District of Texas.
Michael McBride is an intellectual property lawyer who focuses primarily on patent litigation and patent prosecution matters. After receiving his law degree from UT in 2008, McBride clerked for the Honorable Hayden Head of the Southern District of Texas.
Jane Langdell Robinson joined AZA in 2007 and is an appellate law expert. She has handled litigation in state and federal courts involving complex contract and commercial disputes as well as matters involving trademarks, copyrights, patents and trade secrets.
