Baker Donelson Mints New Shareholder in Houston

(April 30) – Baker Donelson has promoted 11 attorneys to shareholder, including one in Houston, the Memphis-based law firm announced recently.

Daniel Ferretti focuses his practice on representing creditors in distressed debt workouts and bankruptcies. He has been involved in several energy company bankruptcies including Offshore Specialty Fabricators, Virgin Oil, Knight Energy and Rooster Energy.
