(Jan. 4) – Baker McKenzie recently announced that the firm has signed a new lease for its Dallas office.

The firm will relocate its team of 65 lawyers and professional staff from Trammel Crow Center to 1900 Pearl, a development under construction in the Arts District, in 2017, according to the announcement.

The lease is for more than 50,000 square feet of office space.

“The office at 1900 Pearl will give us a more efficient use of space for interactions among our terrific attorneys and our great clients, and it will allow us to continue our strategic focus on recruiting and retention of highly talented people,” Mike Santa Maria, Dallas office managing partner, said in the statement.
