Barnes & Thornburg announced on Friday the addition of two commercial litigators.
Robert Castle and Jamie Welton were previously with Lackey Hershman in Dallas, which was acquired by the Midwest law firm Stinson Leonard Street in May.
Castle and Welton represent clients in the healthcare, finance and media sectors.
In the healthcare space, they defend clients in qui tam suits brought under the False Claims Act, conduct internal investigations, handle appeals of claim denials and provide regulatory and compliance advice.
With these new lateral hires, Barnes & Thornburg has grown to 25 attorneys in Dallas.
