(July 14) – Barnes & Thornburg recently announced that commercial litigator Elizabeth Brandon has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a partner.
Brandon, who lateraled over from Vinson & Elkins, is the 10th attorney in Barnes & Thornburg’s young Dallas office.
“Elizabeth’s arrival exemplifies the firm’s ability to attract top legal talent with strong business acumen, particularly in the Dallas market where we are growing exponentially,” Mark Bayer, managing partner of Barnes & Thornburg’s Dallas office, said in a statement.
The University of Texas School of Law graduate advises companies, officers and directors on class actions, securities litigation, public M&A, fiduciary duty and corporate governance disputes, and shareholder derivative litigation.
