(Dec. 27) – Bell Nunnally & Martin recently added depth to its commercial finance practice with lateral partner hire Ed McQueen.
McQueen was most recently with Dallas-based McGuire, Craddock & Strother. He says he has been impressed with Bell Nunnally’s reputation for a long time.
“The capabilities of its attorneys and the broad range of services provided by those attorneys makes the platform ideal for financial institutions and corporate clients,” he said.
McQueen advises clients on lending and syndicated loan transactions, debt structuring, asset-based finance, foreclosures, workouts and note sales.
In the past year, he has assisted with the financing of a medical practice rollup, the construction of an assisted living and memory care facility and the provision of working capital for a dealer of heavy construction equipment.
