Bell Nunnally announced this week that it has recruited Cheryl P. Leb, the former chair of Kelly Hart’s intellectual property section, to the firm.

Leb represents consumer brands, authors, publishers and nonprofit organizations in copyright and trademark registrations, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and licensing and commercial transactions involving IP matters.
One of her most high-profile matters involved representing the heirs to the estate of golf legend Ben Hogan in the licensing of publicity rights and the publishing of Ben Hogan’s Five Lessons: The Modern Fundamentals of Golf.
Bell Nunnally Managing Partner Christopher Trowbridge said in a statement Leb is “well-versed in the issues we handle for clients on a routine basis — from strategic IP protection to licensing and USPTO proceedings. She will no doubt thrive in our collegial, client-centric culture.”
