(March 14) – Benson Siebenhausen recently announced that it is open for business in Dallas.

The boutique law firm founded by Brandon Benson and Lesley Siebenhausen focuses on representing clients in high-stakes oil and gas litigation and transactional matters.

Benson, who began his career at Locke Lord, served as the Oil and Gas General Counsel IV for the General Land Office of the State of Texas. Prior to starting Benson Siebenhausen, he was manager of land and legal at Dorchester Minerals, a Dallas-based mineral and royalty company.

Siebenhausen focuses her practice on oil and gas title, rendering title opinions and preparing documents for oil and gas transactions, including purchase and sale agreements and joint operating agreements.

Benson and Seibenhausen are joined by Sarah Wariner, who joins from Strasburger & Price, and Ellen Miers Peeples, who practiced at Locke Lord. Wariner and Peeples are both litigators.
