She is based in Houston and received her law degree firm the University of Texas in 2010.
Lytch T. Gutmann focuses her practice in Houston on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture formations and general corporate matters, most notably in the midstream and upstream sectors. The 2010 South Texas College of Law Houston graduate has served as lead counsel or co-lead on transactions for Concho Resources, Denham Capital, Kinder Morgan, La Caisse, Plains All American Pipeline and Vopak.
Joshua T. McNulty is a Dallas attorney who represents financial institutions on transactional, regulatory and corporate governance matters. He led Allegiance Bancshares $358 million acquisition of Post Oak Bancshares, which was the largest Texas bank deal that closed in 2018, according to the firm’s announcement.
Staci M. Wilson is in the firm’s litigation practice in Houston, where she handles claims for breach of contract, construction defects, all areas of intellectual property law, products liability and commercial torts. She received her law degree from the University of Houston and serves on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
