Bracewell has elected Houston partner William Anderson to its management committee.
Anderson, who co-chairs the firm’s corporate and securities department and leads its financial institutions practice, will serve a three-year term on the six-member management committee. Bracewell elects two new members to the firm’s top governing body each year.
Anderson graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 1994. Over the course of his career, he has represented issuers and underwriters in more than 100 securities offerings that have collectively raised more than $50 billion.
