Bracewell Partner Elizabeth Bowes Elected President of Women in Public Finance – TX Chapter

(July 31) – Bracewell announced recently that Elizabeth Bowes, a partner in Austin, has been elected president of the Texas chapter of the Women in Public Finance.

Bowes will serve in her new leadership role for the 2017-2018 year. She has handled public offerings and private placements of municipal bonds in transactions related to housing, transportation and prepaid natural gas projects.
