Bradley Adds Corporate Partner Greg Hidalgo in Dallas

September 10, 2024 Brooks Igo

Bradley has added Dallas corporate partner Greg Hidalgo, the firm announced recently.

Hidalgo was previously at Katten, where he practiced for six years. He advises public companies, private equity-owned companies, and family-owned businesses on the buying and selling of businesses, as well as on equity financings, joint ventures and corporate governance issues in a variety of industries.

Before attending SMU Dedman School of Law and pivoting to a career in the law, Hidalgo was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young. His first Big Law job was at Vinson & Elkins, where he practiced for 15 years. He has since made stops at K&L Gates, McDermott Will & Emery, and, most recently, Katten.
