May 5, 2025 Jeff Schnick

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has hired Sarah Wirskye as a partner in the firm’s government enforcement and investigations practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Monday in a news release.

With more than 25 years of experience, Wirskye is joining Bradley as the firm continues its Texas expansion, having more than tripled the size of its Dallas office since 2019. She was a longtime partner at Meadows Collier, which she left to found her own firm in January 2018 before being hired by Bradley.

“Sarah’s arrival aligns with our strategic goal of expanding our government investigations work in Dallas and throughout Texas. Bradley is widely known for its capabilities in defending clients facing significant enforcement actions and investigations, and Sarah will be an excellent addition to this nationally recognized team,” said Bradley Dallas Office Managing Partner John A. Bonnet III in the release. “She is an exceptional attorney with a proven record of success that will be beneficial to the work we are doing for our clients.”

A Texas Lawbook 50 firm, Bradley’s Dallas office has added 11 attorneys in the past year, bringing the firm’s total to more than 140 attorneys licensed in Texas across its offices, according to the release.

“In less than 10 years, Bradley has established a significant presence in Texas, which now represents the third largest concentration of our lawyers,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan M. Skeeters in the release.

AREAS OF FOCUS
Wirskye focuses on defending individuals and businesses in white-collar criminal and civil fraud disputes with the government, with particular emphasis on healthcare fraud, customs and tax fraud and False Claims Act matters.
