Cantey Hanger Announces New Leadership for Business, Tax and Estate Practice Group

(Sept. 19) – Cantey Hanger announced today that Doug Clayton and Julie Bergkamp have been tapped for chair and vice-chair, respectively, of the firm’s business, tax and estate practice group.

Clayton, a partner in Fort Worth, focuses his corporate practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings and SEC compliance.

Bergkamp, also a partner in the firm’s Fort Worth headquarters, represents multinational and local clients on tax and business planning matters.
