(Feb. 1) – Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal recently announced that it fortified its intellectual property practice with the addition of patent litigators Mark Howland and Samuel Joyner.
Howland and Joyner join the Dallas-based law firm as partners from Jones Day and Ross Joyner, respectively.
Howland focuses his practice on patent and trade secret litigation.
Joyner represents individual inventors and large corporations in matters involving patent infringement, copyright and trademark enforcement, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition.
