CDT Roundup: $17B End to the Slog Days of Summer

Billon-dollar deals returned during the week ended Sept. 5, with 12 deals involving Texas lawyers valued at nearly $17 billion.

However, not a single capital markets transaction hit our inbox for the second week in a row. That hasn’t happened since a three-week stretch of CapM zeroes befell the CDT Roundup in July 2022.
