Chamberlain Hrdlicka Names Five New Shareholders, Four in Texas

(February 25) — Houston-based Chamberlain Hrdlicka promoted five attorneys to equity shareholder, the firm announced last week. Four of the newly promoted shareholders are in the firm’s home office.

Brett Berly, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on trusts and estates.

Josh Bowlin, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on complex business and construction disputes.

Larry Carbo, a Loyola University New Orleans College of Law graduate, focuses his practice on commercial litigation including employment issues, bankruptcy proceedings and general contract disputes.

Phyllis Guillory, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses her practice on tax planning and tax controversy and litigation.
