Clark Hill Elevates Four Dallas Attorneys to Partner

January 8, 2019 Brooks Igo

Clark Hill, the Detroit law firm that expanded to Texas by combining with Strasburger & Price last April, announced this week that 16 attorneys have been promoted to member.

One-fourth of the new member class are Dallas attorneys, all of whom are graduates of SMU Dedman School of Law.

Elizabeth Cromwell is a corporate attorney who advises exploration and production, midstream, and oilfield service company clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.

Andrew Edson is a bankruptcy lawyer who represents creditors, corporate debtors, and trustees in diverse proceedings, including cash collateral motions, proofs of claims, lift stay motions, adversaries, avoidance actions, disclosure statements and plans of reorganization.

Tate Hemingson is in the firm’s litigation practice where he focuses on appellate matters.

Audra Mayberry advises companies regarding license agreements and relationships with vendors and litigates contract breaches, trade secrets issues, fraud, deceptive trade practices and employment disputes.
