Condon Tobin Hires Team from Libby Sparks

May 15, 2025 Jeff Schnick

Condon Tobin Sladek Sparks Nerenberg has hired three new attorneys, the firm announced Wednesday in a news release.

The additions — members Dustin Sparks and Jeff Libby, plus associate Rebecca Donachie — will strengthen the Dallas firm’s capabilities in corporate transactional work, M&A and commercial real estate, according to the release.

“We are a relationship firm. I have known Dustin for a long time and know that Dustin, Jeff, and Rebecca are of the same mindset. The opportunity to bring in a team of this caliber to augment the strong transactional practice we already provide our clients is extremely attractive,” said member Aaron Tobin in the release about the addition of the new trio. “It’s going to expand the breadth of services and depth of expertise we are able to provide our clients.”

Sparks, a newly named member, Libby and Donachie spent more than eight years at the now-dissolved Libby Sparks Willis Starnes firm. Prior to that, Sparks and Libby both worked at FBFK Law.

“By implementing a broader corporate and M&A tax capability within the firm, we are adding value to the business clients with corporate, real estate, financing, and litigation needs,” said Sparks in the release. “It makes a really good firm even better.”
