(March 6) – Foster LLP recently announced that firm founder and chairman Charles Foster has been appointed vice dean of the Consular Corps of Houston.
Houston is home to the third largest Consular Corps in the nation with approximately 93 countries accredited by the U.S. Department of State, according to the firm’s announcement.
Foster is a former senior policy advisor to former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. He has served as the honorary consul general of the Kingdom of Thailand for 20 years.
