(July 15) – After beginning the conversation of what it would look like to merge earlier this year, two Dallas boutique law firms announced the launch of Loewinsohn Flegle Deary Simon on July 1.
The new law firm – which is the combination of Loewinsohn Flegle Deary and Simon, Ray & Winikka – has 15 lawyers and a client list that includes Lincoln Property Co., Toni&Guy USA LLC, Rosewood Property Co., Kaiser Aluminum and Sovereign Bank.
“We were looking to find really talented lawyers that provide a broader range of services to our business clients,” said Alan Loewinsohn, one of the named partners. “Combining the firms will generate more work on both ends – litigation and corporate transactional needs.”
Loewinsohn has known Craig Simon since Simon started his career at Figari & Davenport.
He says Simon’s firm brings significant expertise in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, outside general counsel services and corporate transactional matters.
The newly opened firm will office at 12377 Merit Drive, Suite 900, Dallas 75251.
