(Feb. 20) – The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas recently announced that David Teeples has been named vice president and deputy general counsel.
Prior to joining the Dallas Fed, Teeples was at the Dallas office of Squire Patton Boggs, where he practiced for more than a decade.
Teeples focused his private practice on representing financial institutions in matters involving banking regulation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and corporate governance.
