(April 18) – The Dallas intellectual property law firm Griffith Bates Champion & Harder recently announced a name change to Harper Bates & Champion after Casey Griffith left to start a new shop.
The six-lawyer firm – led by named partners Scott Harper, Shannon Bates and Austin Champion – represents Fortune 100 companies, privately held businesses, and individuals to resolve business and intellectual property disputes and obtain intellectual property rights.
“Whether filing a patent application, obtaining a trademark registration or defending a client’s trade secrets in litigation, the bottom line is that our firm is committed to helping clients capitalize on the assets that serve as the foundation of their businesses,” Bates said in a statement.
