Dallas Litigation Partner Moves to McGinnis Lochridge

David Herrold, a commercial litigation partner, has joined McGinnis Lochridge in Dallas from Burke Bogdanowicz. He will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation, including high-stakes business disputes, according to a news release. 

With more than 30 years of experience, he has represented clients in litigation across a range of industries, including banking, energy and corporate matters. Throughout his career, he has worked at five firms, beginning at Conner & Winters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he worked for 6 years. He regularly litigates in state and federal courts in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings. 

“McGinnis Lochridge is a trusted firm with an enviable reputation throughout Texas and beyond for handling high-profile complex litigation and business matters,” Herrold said in the release. “It provides an ideal platform as I embark on the next stage of my career.”

AREAS OF FOCUS 
Herrold focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation, including banking and lender liability, creditors’ rights, energy disputes, restructuring, and D&O and E&O defense. He also advises business and executive teams as outside counsel on corporate governance, compliance, risk management and business transactions.
