David Herrold, a commercial litigation partner, has joined McGinnis Lochridge in Dallas from Burke Bogdanowicz. He will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation, including high-stakes business disputes, according to a news release.
With more than 30 years of experience, he has represented clients in litigation across a range of industries, including banking, energy and corporate matters. Throughout his career, he has worked at five firms, beginning at Conner & Winters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he worked for 6 years. He regularly litigates in state and federal courts in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings.
