Dallas Litigator Eli Burriss Moves to McDermott

(April 19) – McDermott Will & Emery recently announced that Eliot “Eli” Burriss has lateraled to the firm’s Dallas office as a partner in the firm’s litigation group.

Burriss jumps over from DLA Piper, where he had served as the Dallas office’s managing partner. He developed a focus in government investigations, health care litigation and antitrust matters.

The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate will also assist Dallas partners Erin Turley and Allison Wilkerson in providing cross-practice litigation aspects of ERISA and other employment litigation offerings, according to the firm’s press release.
