(Feb. 20) – Real estate transactions firm Condon Thornton Sladek announced last week that it has added Dallas trial lawyer Aaron Tobin and a group of litigators from Anderson Tobin. The firm has changed its name to Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton.
The decision to merge helps the Dallas-based firm evolve into a regional full-service law firm.
“The merger of these two groups creates a firm that is ideal for these economic times,” David Condon said in a statement.
The firm’s commercial real estate group has been involved in two of Dallas’ most high-profile mixed-use developments – The Star in Frisco and The Shops at Park Lane.
Tobin and his team bring litigation expertise related to business transactions, employment law, trade secrets, intellectual property, creditor’s rights and securities fraud.
