(Aug. 1) – Dickinson Wright recently became the latest national firm to break into the Texas market with the opening of an office in Austin.
The Detroit-based law firm is tapping three former Greenberg Traurig lawyers – Darrell Windham, Ross Spencer Garsson and Lance Anderson – to lead the firm’s 17th office.
“Dickinson Wright offers our Austin clients access to top-quality legal talent and resources across the country and globally,” Windham, who will serve as managing member of the office, said in a statement.
Windham brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring transactions and public and private securities offerings. Garsson and Anderson focus their practices on intellectual property and technology law.
