(June 21) – Dykema Cox Smith recently announced that it has added Michael Klein as a litigation member in the firm’s Austin office.
Klein lateraled over from Sedgwick. He focuses his litigation practice on first-party insurance coverage, bad faith and insurance regulatory matters.
The University of Houston Law Center graduate also has extensive experience in health care Prompt Pay litigation.
