(Jan. 18) – Winston & Strawn bolstered its transactional practice in Houston with the addition of energy lawyer Douglas Atnipp, the firm announced Thursday.
Atnipp lateraled over from Greenberg Traurig, where he was co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Houston office and co-chair of the energy practice group.
The Texas Tech University School of Law graduate focuses his practice on energy finance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and acquisitions and dispositions of energy assets.
