(Jan. 27) – Fish & Richardson recently announced that four Texas attorneys have been named principals. The firm promoted 14 lawyers firmwide.
Three of the newly-promoted Texas principals are based in Houston.
John Brinkmann represents the world’s leading technology and semiconductor companies in litigation in federal courts and at the U.S. International Trade Commission. He is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
Michael Rueckheim focuses his practice on patent litigation and inter partes review proceedings involving a variety of technical fields.
Brian Strand focuses his practice on patent litigation and appeals involving an array of software and hardware technologies.
Based in Dallas, Michael Bittner, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on patent litigation. He led the largest joint defense group in the history of the Eastern District of Texas, according to a press release issued by the firm.
