(April 11) – Foley Gardere has announced the Gardere lawyers who will serve as office managing partners in Dallas, Houston and Austin one week after its completed merger.
Michael Newman, a private equity and mergers and acquisitions attorney, will lead the firm’s Dallas office.
The firm has selected Michael Rogers to head the Houston outpost. He is a corporate attorney whose clients include Cardtronics, Live Nation Entertainment and Ticketmaster.
Kimberly Yelkin takes charge of Foley Gardere’s efforts in Austin. She also co-chairs the firm’s state and local public affairs practice.
