(April 24) – Former BNSF Railway Company Associate General Counsel Orest Dachniwsky has moved to private practice at Kelly Hart & Hallman in Fort Worth as senior counsel in the firm’s litigation practice.
During his 17-year tenure at BNSF, Dachniwsky coordinated the company’s legal response to issues that arose in the areas of operations, regulatory compliance, safety, risk management, technology, telecommunication and corporate procurement.
