(June 14) – Reagan Bradford, former deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Chesapeake Energy Corp., has jumped to the Lanier Law Firm to be its managing attorney of litigation, the Houston-based firm announced recently.
Bradford worked nearly six years for the nation’s second largest natural gas producer. He handled a variety of matters including corporate governance, regulatory enforcement and securities and derivatives litigation.
“My experience in the corporate world is a perfect fit based on the many new corporate cases the firm is handling,” Bradford said in the announcement.
